DTF (direct to film) transfers are a type of printing method where the design is directly printed onto a special film. This film is then transferred onto the garment using heat and pressure, resulting in a high-quality, durable print. DTF transfers are known for their vibrant colors, fine details, and ability to adhere to a wide range of fabrics.
DTF transfers are known for their durability and longevity. They can withstand multiple washes without fading or cracking, making them ideal for creating long-lasting designs on various fabrics. The high-quality ink and adhesive used in DTF transfers ensure that the design remains vibrant and intact even after repeated use and wash.
Your artwork MUST be designed at 300DPI AND must be in one of the following formats:
- Adobe Illustrator AI file (.AI)
- Encapsulated Postscript file (.EPS)
- Adobe PDF file (.PDF)
- Portable Network Graphics file (.PNG)
No screenshots from cell phones are accepted. What you submit MUST be ready to print.
We suggest considering a heat press machine for your needs, whether you are a beginner looking at the Cricket press or a more experienced user interested in the Hotronix series.
When it comes to sizing for DTF transfers for by the print purchases, the maximum size for a print for example is typically 11 x 11 inches. However, it's important to note that the actual dimensions of the print may vary slightly in order to maintain the correct aspect ratio. For example, an 11-inch print could be 9 inches wide by 11 inches long to ensure that the design looks proportional and accurate. Gang sheets are sold by the linear foot.
We have no order minimums. No order is too big or small. Our prints range from 4 x 4 all the way up to gang sheets 23.5 inches wide by 50 feet long.
Orders that are expedited will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Regular orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Our film is suitable for both hot and cold peel applications. For hot peeling, we recommend heating the transfer to 320 degrees for 15 seconds and then allowing it to cool for 5-10 seconds before peeling from side to side. For cold peeling, allow the transfer to cool for about 60 seconds before peeling in the same manner.
After peeling, we suggest a second press for approximately 5 seconds to ensure the transfer is securely in place. Throughout the process, it is important to use parchment paper or a professional equivalent to protect the transfer and the heat press.
Our refund and reprint policy is as follows:
1. Refunds or reprints will only be issued in cases where we are found to be negligent or at fault. This includes errors in printing, incorrect color matching, or any other issues that are a result of our mistake.
2. If the issue is not our fault and the customer incorrectly ordered, provided incorrect information, or did not follow our instructions, we are not responsible for the error. In such cases, we may offer a heavily discounted reprint, but the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.
3. We strive to provide the best possible customer service and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution to any issues that may arise. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order and experience with us.
